Not playing video, only audio - take a long time to start playing

I just discovery this a few days ago and I upgraded my unraid server, that for some reason when I am playing a film or TV show via my mobile app (Plex) I am only getting the audio of that film or TV snow and the only image I am getting is the poster art.
this happens if I am on wireless connection to my network or via my data package from my phone provider.

I have tried uninstalliing it and reinstalling, logging out and back in. but nothing seems to work.
I also have PlexAmp on my phone and this works with no issues.

can you please advise.
