Audio on Mobile is not in sync with video and lags

Server Version#: 4.49.42
Player Version#: Mobile ISO 7.7

Any time I access my Plex content online via the mobile app the audio does not sync up with the video and lags behind. Both the server and the mobile app have been updated to the latest version and I have restarted the server multiple times with no effect. Any recommendations?
