Not receiving Plex Pass emails

I have been a Plex Pass subscriber for almost 5 years. I am wondering why I never receive promotional emails for a lifetime Plex Pass?

I heard there was an internal email/server issue with some accounts. Can someone check my account please?

I am having the same issue. I keep seeing people posting about the emails and promotions but I’m not getting them.

Looks like im getting the emails now. So now its time to wait for a lifetime offer for the 75 bucks would love to lock that down

I was receiving the mail with the lifetime offer every 3 months or so. 6 months ago I did the try for 1 month and since then I have not received the offer again…
