Billing is very unhelpfull and not responsive to customer needs. Is there anyway i can get another promo sent to my regular plex acct. I got one last week but it was sent to my alt email acct and went to spam. I have been a plex pass subscriber for 3 yrs plus paying monthly.
I would just like to get the 75. Yearly offer and be done with monthly fees. Ive already paid over 129.00 dollars in fees. And would like to just pay 75 for lifetime.
I’m sorry you cannot, nor can anyone else. It is expired as mentioned in that email. It also cannot be used on accounts with existing subscriptions
