Well, not the most pressing issue for sure, but I still want to suggest to not send several emails (I think about 5 in total) for special offers for a plex pass to people already having one.
It only makes sense if the offer would be an upgrade (e.g. if someone has a subscription option then a lifetime offer might be interesting). But if one has lifetime already which offer would make sense then? None, of course. So, pls, don’t.
It is not my intention to discuss this topic, so pls do not expect replies. I just wanted to make this suggestion.

Agreed. I used one of my offers on my sister as a gift only for her to decline it and then I now have an extra lifetime account. My code in the email could have been directed to someone who was a yearly subscriber whom should have been offered the discount or even add more random drawings every month. I’m in the minority here unless others chime in. I’m now very cautious of who I purchase these discounted passes for as they may wind up unused.
I really don’t care whether Plex sends me emails for offers or not. It is easier to deal with junk emails than it is with junk paper mail. The paper junk goes straight to the shredder and the junk email goes straight to the trash. The difference is that paper waste must, from time to time, be emptied into regular trash and then taken to the curb. While junk email just goes away completely, almost by magic. In fact I never even see many junk messages as they go straight to trash using various filters for my email.
If Plex wants to waste their money, however minuscule that amount is, sending me emails. I do not read then and I do not even see most of them.
My selective inattention works well, sometimes almost too well.
I don’t think that’s normal. I have two Plex accounts under different emails. One has a lifetime pass and the other has none. Only the one with no pass ever gets those emails.
Please compare the mail address to which these mails are sent, with the one which is used in your Plex Pass account.
If they are the same, please report back.
