Not receiving PLEX emails

In a world where we normally unsubscribe and try to reduce the number of emails we receive, I would actually like to receive news, updates, and offers from PLEX, but the fact of the matter is, I have not received an email from PLEX since I signed up and received the ‘Welcome to Plex!’ email. I realized this when folks were talking about receiving a special offer for reduced Lifetime Plex Pass, and now, my good friend shared that he received an email re: the updated Roku PLEX app. I have searched and searched online to try and sign up to receive emails but to no avail; I’ve even gone into my server settings > Account and verified that I’m currently subscribed to the newsletter.

If anyone can help with the matter, I’d greatly appreciate it, thanks!

There was a problem with your account. This has been rectified and you should now be able to receive email from Plex again.
