Same as in the other threads – there’s no rocket science to it :wink: Open the Plex Media Server’s bundled web app in your browser using http://127.0.0.1:32400/web (from the same machine) Navigate to Settings > [Server Name] > General Click the Claim button at the center of this page.

FWIW - I was having this problem too. I was opening Plex Media Server from a browser, but not from the system tray. Once I used the try it found my server

The player app will only see your server after it’s been linked to your account.
