Not working - Continue Watching / Roku implementation (remembering)

Plex server (windows): 1.13.9.5456 [server up to date]
Latest Firefox; Roku Premiere+ (whatever updates are loaded).
Using user switching and select my user in all cases.

  1. Movie watched via web browser - with 10m remaining.
  2. Start Roku later and this movie is not shown under “continue watching”. I play it - it starts at the beginning. I jump to the middle and watch about 20m and turn off Roku.
  3. I go back to the PC (from step 1) today and notice it too is not listed under “continue watching” yet when I play it - it continues exactly where I left it in step 1.
  4. I go back to the Roku (step 2) today and it too is not listed under “continue watching” and when starting it begins at the start of the movie and doesn’t continue where it left off in step 2.

** at no time in either case did I see any option [or decide to find and use it] to “play from beginning or restart from”.

PROBLEM 1 - Continue watching - why does the movie not appear here on any device? Others should be bumped - no?
REQUEST 1 - Any way or feature to increase the number of continue watchings? to say 10 from 3?

PROBLEM 2A - As Firefox did continue where it left off, Roku is not honoring that - always wants to restart.
PROBLEM 2B - It seems Roku is also not “passing back” the handshake information saying “I left off in the middle of the video”.

Problem 2 - 99.9% a complete Roku implementation bug.
