Hi,
I just bought a plex subscription and cannot access any movies or tv show. can someone explain me how I should do it ?
I am based in Switzerland and even using a VPN to US or other european countries in doesn’t work…

I’m not exactly sure what movies you expect.
There’s Plex video-on-demand service which you can access through the Plex app… this will be the same no matter if you have a Plex Pass or not (IIRC the only difference is that some videos might be available in a better quality to Plex Pass members). The same goes for Live streaming TV channels.

Beyond that, Plex is mostly about hosting your own media library.
