Nothing will playback from server

I’ve been unable to use Plex for about 2 weeks now since the updates. I have no duplicates but Plex just isn’t able to playback any of my media on anything other than my windows machine.

Went through the forums and I’m not sure if this is a known issue or not. Any help would be appreciated. Let me know if I should start a thread with my logs or any other info

Looking at your account that issue about duplicate servers did not affect your server. If nothing playing back on any client it is usually some sort fo network issue or transcoder issue.

So the players can load the content as far as posters, summaries, etc just nothing plays back?

You are correct. I see all my libraries with posters, summaries, etc but nothing will play.

It’s not the client side as I’ve tested on multiple devices and I get the same results.

Can we get the server logs and the logs from one of the players when playback was attempted.

In case the logs don’t contain this:

@rocus423 can you please disable verbose logging on your server, reproduce and get new logs. They add way too much info to logs and make it hard to parse.

Problem seems to have resolved itself after the update and a reboot. Never had that happen before but thanks for looking into this.
