Using the iPhone app (on two separate devices) when I access the notifications section on the plex phone app via my profile > settings gear > notifications it takes forever to load and once it does, any changes made here are lost. This happens on multiple devices all different accounts.
The other question is, on my phone it shows I have plex pass under my user profile and I am able to get to the plex notification settings from the native iOS notifications screen. On a different plex home account they do not see the notifications button in the native iOS notifications section for plex. Their user also doesn’t show a plex pass badge on their profile but I thought home users all shared the same plex pass from the server.
I don’t understand if you mean the notification settings in the iOS app or the iOS settings to allow notifications.
Alss are you using multiple Plex accounts on the same device under multiple device accounts/appleIDs?
They don’t have one. You do. They just get to use the mobile apps and some player based features such as skip intro. They won’t get Plex Pass features for their own Plex Media Server if they have one.
No other users accounts (only mine, I have plex pass) which are part of my ‘plex family’ have the '‘Plex Notification Settings’ option at the bottom screen (see the first picture) in the native iOS notifications for Plex (maybe because they do not have plex pass?)
No matter what changes any of us make on the notification screen (the second picture) to update what notifications we want to receive the changes are not saved. It always resets all notification settings back to ‘On’.
