Now Playing doesn't show all media playing

Player Version#: Roku and Android

I noticed that Now Playing is not always playing all media being played by PMS. I saw that in particular movies played from Roku and occasionally from Android devices are not being shown in Now playing pane.

Is this by design or is this an issue?
