Since a few weeks my “Now Playing” doesn’t show up the correct files that are currently being played.
In the log “Plex Media Server.log” I have a case where there are three files concurrently being played but only two show up in the “Now Playing” overview.
I did a grep on the log file on “[Now]” and indeed only two users show up in stead of three:

I can do grep on the individual users and then I get the individual streams:

I also checked Tautulli and there I am also missing the episodes watched except if I reduce the detection time for a new stream from 120 to 0. The missing streams apparently have no progress.
After some testing it seems like that watching multiple episodes in a row on an iPad doesn’t report the progress and watched episode correctly. I can see the first episode in “Now playing” but the next episodes that a played in a row are not picked up.
I am running the latest PMS 1.13.0.5023 and Plex iOS app.
