Now playing screen in web app?

So with the updated web app, is there a currently playing screen somewhere that I can’t find? That tiny little bar at the bottom of the screen is of zero use when I have to get up and walk across the room to see it. I like the new search, but I’m going to have to continue using the Windows app so I can see what’s currently playing.

The ‘Now Playing’ screen hasn’t been changed.
It is in the same place as before.

What I’m talking about is that in the Windows app, when you play music, the screen shows the Artist and Album as well as the playlist and tracks with the playlist. In the web client, all you get is the small bar along the bottom to show what’s currently playing and that tiny little playlist you can pop up. The main portion of the screen never changes. There needs to be a “Now Playing” screen which tracks along with the playlist.

Plex could do themselves a huge favor and set a master list of features and implement items in that order for each platform. If something just isn’t feasible on a platform then say so and move on to the next feature. It helps simplify support and doesn’t leave customers wondering if they’re ever going to get that feature. All of the little differences can get quite annoying.

There we go - right, you said web app, not the windows app :stuck_out_tongue:

It seems a “10 foot interface” is more suited to your particular needs. Try either OpenPHT or PMP as players.
Here is how it looks in PMP:

I’d forgotten all about PMP.
downloaded… installed… crap, forgot about the limited mouse support.
Looks like I’ll still stick with the Windows app for now.
