As you can see in the image below the actor Jaime Pressly is topless in the image. My agent shows that it is pulling from https://www.themoviedb.org/ first but when I look through her profile I can’t seem to find this image on that site. Where is this coming from and how the hell do I remove it? My children saw this and it was not a good situation! This IS A serious problem!!! Any help is appreciated.

Strange. Did a quick test just now and her profile pic is different. Try refreshing the metadata for the movie. Perhaps that will force it to re-aquire the actor metadata, getting the current profile?
Funny how it made it past the metadata censors though.

Next question. How do we change the actor thumbnail for Jaime Pressly ourselves? Asking for a friend.
Within plex, you can’t. Plex uses the default one from TMDB.
Adding a poster and up voting / down voting within TMDB will influence it within plex.
