My development system is DSM 7.
My personal DS1815+ will always be DSM 6. I don’t use it for Plex so that’s fine.
This is the same folder in different libraries. It can be read in Movies or Other Videos, but not in TVshow.
Both libraries were just created.

Is that the correct file naming convention for tv shows? I’m not 100% sure, but I believe TV Shows requires specific file naming convention
As another example, there are 6 videos in this folder, but only three can be scanned in TVshows library,Just because these 3 vidos were created earlier, and the video created now cannot be read out. The naming convention is not the point.
these six videos were successively downloaded to the NAS the day before yesterday. Starting from the three unreadable videos, all my newly created files can’t be read by TVshows library.
Other earlier videos can be read even if they are transferred to other folders or their names are changed

So yes… that can very well be an issue.
It could be worth checking if Plex has grouped multiple files as different quality versions of another episode.
