Numerous issues since the last server update

I recently updated my plex server and I am facing numerous issues. I am on MacOS. First issue was that the photo transcoder was filling up my computer hard drive, making numerous errors. After digging I fixed that but I had not myself turned on anything to cause this. Next is is that plex can no long see any on my 2 hd homerun turners. Worked fine last night and now I am getting the error as seen in the picture when I trying to add them back. 3rd issue is plex keeps crashing. This is has caused me to downgrade the server to prevent further crashes.

It isn’t upgrading successfully, need to rollback to 1.32.8.7639 or whichever version you had running successfully.

I would uninstall 1.40.x and restore your oldest database backups then install 1.32.8.7639. Disable credit and intro detection, you have some files that are giving trouble. Remove any non Plex plugins.
