If 1.41.7.xxxx, update to 1.41.7.9823 if available for the Shield (release notes).

For Roku clients, Plex transcodes some audio formats to EAC3. Earlier 1.41.7.x releases have a bug where transcoding fails. The bug is fixed in 1.41.7.9823.
