Nvidia Shield Pro Plex Media Server is "Unreachable" after glitch during playback

When playing files for the past month or so, I occasionally experience
server errors (the server says it is offline - this is when I downloaded the attached logs). Resetting the Nvidia Shield Pro works for about a day or so, then these errors return. I’ve experienced this server shutdown when playing via mobile Plexamp, Roku (on my local network), and remote plays. It seems quite random.

Some files play, but then become stuck on 33% for a moment and then restart (both local and remote players).

Any help would be appreciated. All of these errors are new, and I experienced very little of this for the past several years on the same hardware and setup.

Update:

I’ve isolated the issue a bit, perhaps. When skipping several tracks quickly in Plexamp on Android, I’m almost guaranteed a server crash.

I think the same crashes may occur when skipping forward in video as well (although we’ve also had crashes in the middle of videos without skipping).

I can post new logs if this would be helpful. Note: I did a complete factory reset of the Nvidia Shield Pro and reloaded all of my media into a new server, and this problem is persisting.
