I’m having trouble accessing my server from outside the plex nvidia server app itself, even on my local network. The internet says to request a reset of my server certificate.
Can someone help me w/ this?
Don’t listen to the internet. 
This is almost never needed.
I see on your account you have multiple servers, some of these are old and share the same name as your current one. From Plex Web, go to your authorized devices and remove any old servers you do not use to avoid confusion. Better yet, remove all the servers. This will not break your current configuration.
Restart your Shield and wait about a minute. Use Plex Web and see if you can claim the server.
