I’m having the same problem with the True HD Japanese language track on Akira. If I select it the video stops roughly every five seconds, hangs for about three then plays again. It’ll do this for the whole film. Now if I select the English TrueHD audio track it plays just fine. Using a 2017 Nvidia Shield tv with PMS on a dedicated PC hardwired. I’ll edit this later on with version numbers but I’m pretty sure they’re current. And I’ll try to add a log file from it too.

Side note: My copy of Akira played smoothly with the TrueHD track on my computer using Plex for Windows.
