Nvidia Shield 9.1 issue updating Plex Media Server

Unable to update PMS, a message appears to go to the Play Store.
I have cleared the cache .
Anyone having this issue, is there a way to get the update without uninstalling the PMS?
If I uninstall the PMS, will I loose my playlist?
