Nvidia Shield After update 1.32.1.6999

Server Version#: 1.32.1.6999
Player Version#: 9.21.2.1271
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>

8th April 9:30pm and all days prior my server was working perfectly fine. 5:30am 9th April my server doesn’t work and says I’m not connected to the Internet. Check updates and yep it auto updated and now I’m having issues. When I go into settings on Plex it doesn’t even say I’m running a Server.

Did you move the data folder? Have you tried rebooting your shield?

Haven’t moved any folder or added anything to my hard drive in a few days.

I have reset my shield(multiple times),force shutdown PMS, remove my HDDs for a few minutes and plugged em back in, as well as change Ethernet to Wifi and back.

Is it possible you can manually get the logs from server off the shield. Here is info on how to access them manually. https://support.plex.tv/articles/220347688-accessing-shield-storage/ Hopefully will give a clue why it is not starting up.

Some reason my computer,on the same network, won’t let me login to the Shield. When I double click “Shield” just pulls up Properties page.

I’ll try tomorrow after work.

ok. I suspect that the database may be corrupt unfortunately which will not be recoverable since you have not previously moved the data folder to an external drive

It has done this before after an update and fixed itself after another update. Generally though more people have this issue.

I’m pretty sure my data folder is on my main HDD and not my shield. Not entirely sure how to check besides if I remove that HDD I don’t have Plex either.

Edit: Think I figured it out. I have a backup of the main drive. I’m moving the data folder now to the older one. Even after moving the backup of the Data folder it’s still saying I’m not connected to Internet.
