Nvidia Shield and remote access...it works, then it doesn't?

I have an Eero mesh system, have opened port forwarding, I turn on remote access, it doesn’t work. I try manual set up and it works…for about 5 seconds, then stops working. What’s going on? Does anyone else have Nvidia Plex server and an Eero system?

Same issue Plex sever on Shield. Have eero network. Worked before now not working. Did get vps for pc but thats not where movies are store it is on the shield.
