I cannot access Plex remotely, like it seems a lot of people. I have tried a number of fixes and searched all help / forums but no go.
I moved country and re-installed plex and re-built. Everything works fine locally but I cannot access plex remotely. If I retry on the web app it goes green for a few seconds then back to red. Setting manual public port makes no difference.
Port forwarding is set up on my router.
I have tried to match IP on the web app and Shield settings with static IP. This appears to make the remote access go green but I end up with no network access on the shield. Change back to DHCP on the Sheld and the same behaviour returns of going green on web app then back red after a few seconds.
Appreciate any help as end of my tether on this on.
