I am using Nvidia Shield with 2TB external SSD as my server.
My router is Sagemcom and set up port forward.
Remote Access once turns to green 1 second and turns red.
I cannot figure out what is wrong.
If I change my router, will it help?
Why do you have 2 port forwards?
I would suggest you delete the port 0 one and leave the 32400 one.
after goto canyouseeme.org and test for success on that port.

I followed your direction and canyouseeme.org says Sucess but still remote access doesn’t work.
It drives me crazy.
Try restarting Plex now that you removed that port forwarding. You can reboot the shield.
And I am assuming it still shows red under remote access?
After a reboot check remote access again.
