NVIDIA Shield Android TV can't connect to PMS (Mac)

Hi,

I run PMS on a Mac, and use the Plex app on my NVIDIA Shield Android TV stick. Until yesterday I’ve had no issue accessing the PMS on my local wi-fi network.

But yesterday it suddenly quit working. It says it cannot access my media server.

I have tried the following:

  1. Rebooted the wi-fi network
  2. Rebooted the Plex Media Server computer
  3. Logged out of the Plex Media Server account on the Mac computer and signed back in again
  4. Updated to the latest version of PMS on my Mac
  5. Rebooted the NVIDIA Shield
  6. Signed out of the wi-fi network on the NVIDIA Shield and signed back in again
  7. Signed out of the Plex app on the NVIDIA Shield and signed back in again

I’ve done all of this multiple times and none of it has helped.

FWIW, I only have one home wi-fi network, but I have 4 LinkSys nodes spread throughout the house.

Also, I can access my PMS remotely (on a different wi-fi network), so the PMS is working. It just the NVIDIA Shield that’s having trouble finding it.

Suggestions?
