Nvidia Shield Android-TV plex player not audio output, when played HEVC 4k, AAC stereo video media

When play a media with playback info from the plex player;

Source Direct Play(SHIELD Android TV PRO) , Quality 3820x2160, Container MP4, Video Direct Play(HEVC), Audio Direct Play(AAC Stereo) , Player ExoPlayer Audio is not playing out ! Please advise.

The same media file when played on my LG Smart TV Plex player, Client Version 5.1.2 , Platform Version 4.2.0 , it was played well with audio and video coming out fine.

The current AndroidTV/FireTV Exoplayer is in dire need of an update. The current problems are to many to name. There’s a number of people voting here to update the app/player. These sorts of problems are common on AndroidTV and won’t be resolved until the update.
