<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>So 2 Months later not even a reply of a moderator nothing, subtitles issue not working when burn subtitles is set to automatic this issue is only present on Nvidia SHIELD or Android devices on iPhone it works perfect. Same Goes for servers suddenly unavailabe when on Nvidia SHIELD remote server unavailabe on same network but on iPhone server available. This is ridiculous because this is a basic feature of Plex if a server is not even available when it actually is than i dont understand why i would continue using Plex so PRETTY PLEASE FIX THESE 2 VERY ANOYING ISSUES ASAP!!Tnx in advance gr

So the two issues you seem to be having are:
- Subtitles/Playback not working when Burn subtitles is set to automatic? What subtitle format are you trying to play and does playback not work at all?
- You are not seeing a remote server on your Shield but you can see it on your iPhone?
Would you be able to provide your client logs after reproducing the subtitle issue as well as the server not displaying?
The issue with the subtitles is when burn in subtitle is set to automatic the ans8 code in subtitle responsible for going to top off screen when the code is present in subtitle it stays on bottom of screen when same file is played on iPhone they do go to top of screen. These are srt files and the issue has started from the moment Plex implemented a feature wich lets subtitle go to top of screen when playing a file and changing settings. Second issue is remote server on SHIELD is displayed as unavailable when it actually is available when i go to remote server on iPhone on same network server is available and everything works as supposed to so it seems it is a Android issue please fix this
