Issues when "resuming" content ok Nvidia shield

So when resuming content on Plex app on Nvidia shield the content if it’s being transcoded (usually is for the audio because the lack of codec support it seems for the shield) when I click resume 1 of 2 things happens.

Either the content doesn’t resume or it loads but both the audio and video is speeding up like 3 or 4 speed fast fowarding is about the best way to describe. I do have a video as an example if that’s helpful.

Wondering what I can do to resolve this?
