The Dvr starts recording any where from 2 to 7 minutes then quits. It doesn’t do this on all recordings. I’ve included the logs and a screen shot. All the failed recordings have the same error.
I’ve been trying to address this issue as well.
Logs attached. It’s been like this for a while, but only the occasional dropped recording. Now it is almost all of them. I’ve tried adjusting settings, and recently cleared the server data and rebuilt it, but to no avail.
this looks like the issue im having too.
some of my show fail to finish recording with the message transcoding error, even though there should be any transcoding happening. just storing the mpeg2 stream.
On mine it seems to be primarily CBS and it appears to be only happening to 1-hour shows.
I turned off commercial skip and hardware transcoding, added dedicated 256gb storage for internal and dedicated 256gb storage for shows and get more of the shows now but not all.
has anyone see this and is there a fix?
