Nvidia Shield - How to Access Shield Storage from Windows 10 PC

Server Version#: 1.18.9.2578

I have the Plex Media Server running on the Shield. I want to access the storage from a Windows 10 PC. I am following the support article here:
https://support.plex.tv/articles/220347688-accessing-shield-storage/

SHIELD shows in File Explorer in the Network section. The support article says to double click and enter the user name and password provided by the SHIELD. When I double click SHIELD it just shows the SHIELD properties, but there is no place to input the user name and password. Anyone know what I can do to fix it?

Maybe this?

The Shield SMB server uses SMB1, which is disabled by default in Windows 10.

To re-enable: Control Panels -> Programs & Features -> Turn Windows features on or off. Check box for SMB 1.0/CIFS Client. Click OK.

Note 1: The above is for the Shield SMB server. The Shield SMB client, used to mount server shares on the Shield, uses SMB3.

Note 2: Nvidia has a beta SMB3 server for 2015/2017 Shields.

Yes! Thank you for clearly making the distinction between the SMB versions on client vs server.

I had seen the bit about enabling SMB1 on Windows, but I thought it was obsolete info because I also saw that SMB3 was working.
