Nvidia Shield Live TV - Record buttons not showing on Guide

I’m using the Plex app with HDhomerun on a Sony TV.
I don’t see any Red record buttons on the list of TV shows in the Guide in the Live TV/DVR feature. I do see them when using a PC Guide and can easily click on them.

How do I get them to display on the TV guide?
Extremely slow to navigate into Recommended, etc. just to record something that is playing now. It’s also impossible to record something if it’s not appearing in recommended for whatever reason.

Is there a setting I need to adjust?

I’m seeing the same issue, no red record button on the guide even though it’s scheduled. When you click on the program is shows the red box with three white dots on the top right corner of the show artwork. Shield Pro, HD homerun duo. Thanks.

Thanks for reporting this,

I am checking myself and can see recording badges on the items in the TV guide, is it for everything or maybe series link recordings? And also, are either of you able to navigate to the guide and when you see the issue can you send me your app logs if possible? :slight_smile:

Also, as for recordinig current airings. We are working on how we resolve this but you can also press the record button on your Sony remote.
