Latest update. This is now unwatchable. Worst timing possible during this social distancing stuff.
I’ve tried resetting the time-out rate to 0 seconds as suggested in other threads. Help!!!

latest update is not a version, please provide specific client and server versions.
also logs.
no one can help you if you don’t provide sufficient details.
also, if the transcoder time is already at zero, then you have some other issue.
Plex Version 7.29.2.1607
NVIDIA system version 8.1.1(32.7.301.99)
I don’t know how to get logs from the NVIDIA shield unfortunately. I looked at the instructions but I’m not sure I can do what it’s asking
Plex server >
Settings >
Network >
Kill paused streams after X minutes
Set to 500
Save and reboot plex
And its works
Unfortunately that didn’t fix it. This has only occurred since the Shield update and the Plex update. I’m legit going to have to order a different streaming device and it’s kinda messed up.
If you want it fixed, logs. Client and server, reproducing the issue.
Saying it doesn’t work, doesn’t help get it fixed.
I don’t really know how to provide those unfortunately. Thank you anyways.
In the two linked articles are two ways of obtaining logs from the Shield (hint: it is Android TV), namely accessing the Shield’s storage or network logging.
