Have had issues with some media not playing on my shield and found this thread:
Plex on Shield can no longer handle 4k streams : r/PleX
The solution apperantly is to clear cache and data.
What I’m wondering is when will Plex fix this?
Tried to find customer support or something similar but didn’t have any luck.
This issue was known a year ago and when I’ve payed for the service I kind of expect them to fix an issue with the app.
I don’t have the log since I cleared it.
