I’ve tried wiping the cache, deleting the app data, re-installing updates, and it still does this.Somebody please. I recently had PMS set up but I wanted to reset it.
Did you reboot Shield after clearing data and updating?

Does it get to the “something went wrong” screen at all, or just stuck on that please wait screen? Are you on the 16GB or the 500GB shield.
16GB. It never changes. Just stuck on that screen for all eternity
Looks like a factory reset fixed the issue.
