PMS Stopped on Nvidia Shield

Hi all,
Since a recent update of the nvida shield and the plex app, my media server has stopped running and I’ve not been able to get it restarted.
I’ve tried uninstalling the update, tried resetting the shield… nothing seems to work in getting the media server for Plex running on shield again.

I’ve seen lots of discussion around this over the past few years, but can’t seem to find a solution.

Has anyone figured this out?

having just moved onto PMS i am getting this , i turn off my shield every night so am getting this issue daily. its very frustrating.
