NVIDIA Shield Plex Server Does Not Use Embedded Album Art

When creating and scanning a library on the NVIDIA Shield using the built in server software it does not use the embedded album art nor the album art should there be a photo file in the album folder. This seems to be a bug specific to the NVIDIA Shield server software as this bug does not occur on the desktop version of the server software.

I have reproduced this outcome multiple times on both the Desktop and SHIELD and the outcome is 100% consistent. I have included server logs for both the desktop I tested it on and the SHIELD which I wish to use as a music server.

Reading your reporting guide this seems to be the only way I can submit a bug report (assuming it is). If further information is required let me know.
