The Plex Media Server on Nividia doesn’t displayed the music posters Artist/Album posters automatically.
If I edit an artist or an Album they are well present but I have to force the display of them in the interface.
I have tried a lot of things but with not success to solve the problem.
I use the Plex Media server on Nividia in replacement of the Plex Media Server installed on a Synology to gain performance.
I reactivate the Plex Media Server on the Synology and I don’t have any problem to display the music posters Artist/Album posters.
Both they use same folders and music files on the Sinology.
Both they use same parameters concerning Agents and other stuff.
Nividia version 7.2.3(30.6.131.70)
Nividia Plex Media Server Version 1.13.8.5395 (smb)
Synology Plex Media Server Version 1.13.4.5271

WE all have the same problem… I don’t know how a 6+ month old bug that is critical and one of the BASIC features of Plex does not get fixed after countless posts about it…
HERE are my logs… Maybe take 10 min to look at them (as well as all the others posted) and figure this OUT!

But as I am a simple and basic user I have no knowledge to interpret the logs.
If I understand, PLEX Support has never investigated the problem to bring a solution?

Going to post these logs after I added like 30 albums. Not like anyone will look at them… but makes me feel good!
