Nvidia Shield Pro and Apple TV 4K

I bought a Nvidia shield Pro and external hard drive to be my new Plex server so I can watch the content mostly on the Apple TV 4K’s that we already have. Set up on the nvidia shield Pro was simple and easy the preloaded server app I was up and running and scanning my files in minutes.

The issue I’m having is the content when played on the Apple tv’s it only plays the sound of the file. yet the file will play as it should on the nvidia shield Pro.

Are you using the pre-loaded Plex Media Server? That is quite old. Please update to the latest version and see if you still have issues.

That is a good call out, but I did update it. it’s current.

Ok. Please reproduce the issue and get me both the server logs and the Apple TV logs.
