nVidia Shield Pro Live TV to iOS doesn't work.

Server: nVidia Shield Pro PMS v1.7.2.3878
Client: Plex for iOS v4.12.1 (iPad Mini 4 running iOS 10.3.2)
Client: Plex for iOS v4.12.1 (iPhone5s running iOS 10.1.1)
Tuner 01: HDHomeRun CONNECT running 20161117 Firmware
Tuner 02: HDHomeRun EXTEND running 20161119 Firmware

iPad-----
Every channel in the program guide gives me the “Couldn’t create the playback session for this item” error when trying to watch live TV.

I tested the live TV playback on the Shield Pro itself and it worked just fine, it’s an issue when trying to watch live TV on a supported device such as the iPad mini 4. I use my Shield Pro as a server and it is not practical to use it as the viewing device since it is inside the wiring closet.

The DVR panel is also falsely reporting the number of tuners in use.

When I access the web config pages for the tuners this is what I see.

Nothing is connected to the tuners.

So Plex gurus… where to start?

Stop the PMS on the Shield (under Plex Settings) and then start. Goto watch a channel from iOS, when it fails, post the Plex Media Server.log and Plex Tuner Service.log.

Logs per request.

Any chance we can get a clean log with just one attempt to view something? Restart your server, attempt to tune something, wait for the error, and then grab the logs. There’s a bunch of tuning attempts in the log you attached and it’s difficult to sort out which is the problem. Thanks!

The server also seems to have a hard time dropping the feed after the client disconnects. I show a connection in the Status > Now Playing panel when nothing is connected.

Sure. I’ll reboot it.

More logs. Single connection.
