Nvidia shield remote plex server not available ... at first? Is it because it's in sleep mode?

Sorry this is really late…but I found this thread as well that people are having the same issue for years.

I don’t even have a Shield TV yet but I have my reservations if Plex Server won’t run properly. So basically don’t let the Shield TV sleep then?
