Good day everyone!
So here is my issue. If I want to rewind, it will goes forward instead (maybe 30-60 seconds forward). This situation happen on my two NVidia Shield devices and has been happening for at least a month or two I would say.
Anyone had this issue and know how to fix it? What should I look for?
Thanks for your help!

This issue has been plaguing me for a long time. From my experience, this only happens when the transcoder is being used and the media has been playing for a while. But if both of those clauses are true, then hitting the left arrow to rewind an interval always triggers a jump forward instead and there is no way to get rewind capabilities back without restarting the media.
Upon restarting the media, and trying to get back to where you originally were, you can jump forwards and backwards. The backwards jump also works early during playback (e.g. if I jump past a recap section, realize I’ve gone too far, and jump back it works), so I’m not sure what’s going wrong that is causing Plex to lose its ability to rewind after a certain amount of playback.
This is 100% reproducible and not just a weird, one-off quirk.
That’s exactly the same for me. I noticed that it’s seems to be working early on. Also, I’m using the Subtitle a lot and if I’m not mistaken, this need the transcoding which is why I might see this issue a lot.
Isn’t there any way we can fix that ? Or maybe report this issue to the dev or something?
