I was just going through my movie collections and creating the one that I hadn’t update in awhile when I noticed for my Godzilla Series one poster is correct while the other isn’t, but if I go into the collection and click on poster I see there what I should be seeing on the default collection view. I think the be low images can explain it better than I am. It’s not a huge deal it being only one collection being that way, I’m only mentioning it in case it happens in the future so I know how to fix it. I’d appreciate any help fixing it.
and don’t forget the Background… (Blurred is awful - ain’t it?) (I googled Godzilla Wallpaper. You think it’s out of whack off to the right - until you put it behind the Plex foreground - click the icon again and Dimmed will be your new thing):
Yea I like the split 4 wall poster, but if going to the single will fix it fine by me. Personally though it was more funny that going to change the poster and it has it correct there.
Might even though I just created that. Deleted the 2019 movie, Got fresh copies of both 2014 and 2019, created the folder, dropped them in the folder, and then went into plex to add the collection.
If the transcoder is busy - or disabled - an eternity might describe it better. There’s a lot happening during ‘indexing time’.
If I have some artwork ready - I go ahead and place the artwork, but sometimes I’m too quick and the items I’ve added to the Collection appear outside it - when I’ve jumped too far ahead and put them in a collection before indexing is complete - and that includes Skip Intro, Thumbnail/Chapter Gen and all the other magic that happens in Plex.
I’m in no rush since out of all my libraries it’s the only thing out of place I honestly can’t complain. Actually it ended up being a good thing that it behaved that way, cause it prompted me to check the rest of the collections. I found 3 collections where I Flubbed the names of the movies and 3 where I actually forgot to create the collection in Plex. Thanks for the input.
