Odd connection issues outside of home network

So after the past few updates, I’ve been having an odd connection issue only on one device, my phone. Outside of my network, I only have access to what’s on the Recommended pages and nothing in my libraries and that’s if I’m on my mobile data. I sign into wifi and I get nothing at all no matter if the wifi is my friends or a more public hotspot like a hotels wifi. My phone is a trusted device, it’s an Android 12 Moto G Stylus 5G. Others with access to my server outside of my network have no issues either.
