Can't access shared library outside of website?

I could only access my friend shared library thru my dekstop. i cant access it thru app or samsung tv app it shows offline even as im watching a movie on the desktop. started after i updated the server. any one has had an issue like this that has a solution?

You say it’s your friends shared Library but you updated the Server.
Who’s server is it or are there two?

i updated my server to the newest one thats when all the issue started.so there 2 server his and mine he has no problem accessing my server on any device

I have friends that are having the same problem accessing my server. They can access content from a web browser on a desktop, but can’t from their TV.
