I keep having this issue where my library is offline but I know it’s not. If I go back to my source PC and refresh plex server it will show up again temporarily.
Can’t figure out what the issue is. Thanks!
Plex Media Server version? 1.31.x.yyyy, 1.32.x.yyyy, etc
Plex Media Server platform? Windows/Mac/Linux/etc
Please provide a set of Plex server log files that capture the problem.
After the problem occurs:
- Restart Plex Media Server.
- Wait two minutes for Plex to fully start
- Pull the server log files
Settings → Server_Name → Troubleshooting → Download Logs - Upload to the thread
Drag the ZIP file into the message window. It will insert at the cursor location.
If you cannot access the server via a web browser:
- Stop Plex Media Server
- Navigate to the Plex Data Folder
- Compress/Zip the Logs folder
- Upload to the thread
