Hi, Has anyone had an issue with their offline synced media on their Android app on their mobile phones when chromecasting? It connects to the plex app ok through the chromecast but when you try to play a movie it is just a grey screen on the chromecast. On the android plex app it shows it is playing.
I have tried on 2 different chromecasts and 2 different TVs and still the same issue. I have tried deinstalling and reinstalling the android app.

Same as well on android, latest app & server versions. This is a common use case for me while travelling, it would really great if this could be addressed in the next update!

Plex synced content from Android (Samsung S9) to Chromecast. Plex, any known issues going on? Seems like a problem many are having with synced content. Great feature when it works! I wish I had a mini to HDMI cable now, I was banking on this working for a family event.
Still not working. I am having to cast my phone screen to the TV as a workaround but would prefer to cast properly through the app.
Surely Plex can get this resolved through an update. It used to work fine.
This is just ridiculous. One of the major features for me was so that I can watch my phone/tablet synced media to a Chromecast that I carry with me. Not working for months now. This is baaad.
