I am a long time Plex Pass user and have set up many instances of Plex Server. I am currently using a XMLTV guide with multiple Series shows recording and playing OTA broadcasts without problems. I have tried to set up a Series news cast with an offset that will record once, but then won’t be picked up by the guide for any future shows. This local news cast is from 5-5:30AM every weekday and I want to capture the newscast from 4:50AM to 5:30AM, so I set up to record with the advanced options of 10 minutes before Start for the 5:00 to 5:30 newscast in the guide. I am also removing commercials. The show records the first day, but then never shows up in the DVR schedule again. Even if I remove this show and start over the same problem shows up. This is the first time I have ever tried this, although I have noted problems trying to enter offset parameters in the past, but have never had a problem with the DVR not picking up the show.
Has anyone else had this issue? How do I report a trouble ticket to PLEX and potentially send logs?
