Additional information:
Upgrade to PMS 1.19.2.2737 or later.
There was an issue with earlier 1.19.2 releases. Remote access would incorrectly show as unavailable. Resolution required a PMS update and a fix at plex.tv. Some users have reported the problem still exists. However, it seems fixed for most people.
